Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your order ships from our partner warehouse, and estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during peak seasons or in customs. The expected delivery date is shown at checkout.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We'll email you the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Taxes, duties and customs
Prices shown at checkout include all taxes we are required to collect for your country. Some countries may charge import VAT, duties or handling fees when the parcel arrives. If such charges apply, they are shown at checkout where possible; otherwise they are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it – we can update it before the order is dispatched.
